DELIVERY

Worldwide parcel service through UPS and royal mail.

DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING COSTS :

Since 1st January 2021 and following the Brexit, we have had to make some changes :

- Open a new warehouse in Asia (make shipping and delivery easier and avoid unnecessary costs)

Your order will be shipped from our UK or Hong-Kong warehouse (depending on stock availibility) 

DELIVERY TIME : 

From UK warehouse : 2 - 4 business days

From Hong-Kong warehouse : 7-10 business days

The delivery time is indicated in the " description" for each product.

NOT AVAILABLE AT THE DELIVERY TIME ?

If you are not in at the time of your delivery, the supplier will leave you a non-delivery notice and will deliver the next day.

If despite several attempts (2) and the parcel is still not received, it will be returned to Backdeals.

RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION :

If you want to return your order, you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you received the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the items.

RETURN POLICY :

All items must be returned within 14 days after the day you received the goods.

The item must be in his original condition and packaging and the delivery note must be included in the package.

The costs return should be paid by the buyer.

After reception of your parcel and products checking, you will receive an email confirmation where is appear the good reception of your goods.

REFUND :

You will have your refund within 2 to 10 business days.

The amount will be credited to the bank account used for your order.

EXCHANGE POLICY :

For exchange details, please contact us to check the availability of the requested product(s).

The exchange can only take place subject to availability of stocks.
